PASA House Concert Series

One of the longest running house concert series in the Philadelphia Area, for more than 20 years, PASA has presented its members in a true house concert setting. Since its creation by Rob Lincoln in 2000, more than 150 different performers have performed as a co-headliner.

Each concert features three PASA members as co-headliners, plus 8 to 12 "Open Chair" performers. Anyone who wants to play an original song can be an Open Chair performer. These shows are in round robin format, one song at a time and the Open Chair slots not only begin the show but also occur at the end of every round. There are usually seven rounds with an intermission in the middle.

NOTE: Doors open 30 minutes before concert start time. Please arrive early so we can start on time!

Tony DeSantis

Tony DeSantis was first known for his renditions of Stan Rogers's songs but he writes some wicked political and wonderful historical songs of his own. An entertaining performer and multi-instrumentalist, Tony is famous for "DeSantisizing" other people's songs. He has performed at clubs in Boston, New York, Toronto, Vancouver, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and London, UK. He has also produced two CDs, entitled Bright Red Sky and Across the Border. In addition, Tony has taken up acting and performed in a number of local productions. He is currently the President of the Delaware Valley Association of Rail Passengers and is involved with Prison Ministry through Sacred Heart Church in Camden.

Blair Savercool

Known and loved as PASA's official "Sound Guy," Blair Savercool actually has a long history as a performing musician dating back to the 1970's as a lead guitarist in hard rock bands. One of the most versatile musicians you'll ever meet, Blair not only plays multiple instruments, he can write in multiple genres: Blues, Christian, Folk, and Rock. Possessed with a singing voice that can be both sweet and powerful, he is just discovering his inner songwriting voice. A sound engineer, producer, and consummate sideman, Blair can now add "performing singer/songwriter" to his musical resume.

Christine Winchester

Christine Winchester is one of the co-chairs of PASA. She has performed solo and in many groups, most notably in the duet Winchester/Perry. Christine's warm stage presence was fined tuned in theatre and her impressive voice has been compared to Karen Carpenter and Carly Simon. Her original songs, performed and written on both guitar and piano, range from confessional folk and funny tunes to more rock influences like singer-songwriter Aimee Mann.
