PASA House Concert Series

One of the longest running house concert series in the Philadelphia Area, for more than 20 years, PASA has presented its members in a true house concert setting. Since its creation by Rob Lincoln in 2000, more than 150 different performers have performed as a co-headliner.

Each concert features three PASA members as co-headliners, plus 8 to 12 "Open Chair" performers. Anyone who wants to play an original song can be an Open Chair performer. These shows are in round robin format, one song at a time and the Open Chair slots not only begin the show but also occur at the end of every round. There are usually seven rounds with an intermission in the middle.

Evan Hoskins

Crumble Boy, a moniker of singer songwriter Evan Hoskins and son of singer songwriter living legend Heidi Wolfson, uses "creative musical stylings and captivating song structure sensibility, blending guitar stylings of 70's British folk music with contemporary rock influences such as Kurt Vile" Currently, Crumble Boy is part of a musical collaborative group alongside other Philadelphia musical artists Port Arthur and Iris Freeheart who will start playing shows in Philadelphia once live music resumes in the city. Crumble Boy is also prepping his solo debut, "Crumble Boy", to be released this year.

Terry Merriman

Terry Merriman has been writing and performing songs for over 40 years. Although he started by playing the Hammond organ in numerous rock bands, his main songwriting vehicles have been the acoustic guitar and piano. He has had vast experience experimenting with different musical forms, incorporating not just classic acoustic rock into his songs but also elements of jazz, classical, and world music. His performances show a mastery of the art. He uses 11 different tunings on guitar along with a multitude of fingering-styles that provide different paths for his song writing. No two songs are alike. His instrumentals on guitar and keyboard show the complexity of his sound. His lyrics explore the world in an insightful manner while his voice provides a deeply pleasing, soothing portrayal of a universal desire to be loved and to be open to it.
