PASA House Concert Series

One of the longest running house concert series in the Philadelphia Area, for more than 20 years, PASA has presented its members in a true house concert setting. Since its creation by Rob Lincoln in 2000, more than 150 different performers have performed as a co-headliner.

Each concert features three PASA members as co-headliners, plus 8 to 12 "Open Chair" performers. Anyone who wants to play an original song can be an Open Chair performer. These shows are in round robin format, one song at a time and the Open Chair slots not only begin the show but also occur at the end of every round. There are usually seven rounds with an intermission in the middle.

Debra Lee

Debra Lee is a lifelong musician, songwriter, and performing artist, with classical training as a pianist and vocalist. She is a professional singer, ranging from jazz to classical, and is a vocal coach serving recording and performing artists, with numerous CD credits as a background vocalist. Her original music has blues influences with classical nuances, with vocals described as haunting, sweet, and powerful. Lyrically, songs are politically and spiritually inspired, with a tip toward peace, personal growth, and maybe redemption, along with songs of fanciful romantic and mythical love fantasies, based on real life stories! She has served 10+ years as a regional chapter coordinator for an international songwriting association, (NSAI, Nashville Songwriters).

Maxie Mandel

Maxie Mandel is a 15 year old singer-songwriter from Bryn Mawr, PA, who lets her life flow through her music. A powerhouse vocalist, she plays piano and guitar to write and arrange contemporary songs that transcend any one particular genre.
Maxie was featured in Main Line Today magazine's "Next Gen: 15 Local Leaders Under the Age of 30" for her musical community service work. She is the founder of Maxie's Hot Chocolate House, an annual Main Line event that benefits LiveConnections at World Cafe Live.

Terry Rivel

Terry Rivel writes songs about folk heroes, dates from hell, as well as songs about ordinary people, some living and some gone. There are warm vocals and strong guitar style, blending folk, country, pop, bluegrass, and rockabilly. Poignant songs and lots of humor in his performances, too! Terry's most recent CD, "Broken People", has received airplay nationally.
